There was the particularly nice breakfast, truly enjoyed the location.
The stay was absolutely fantastic. Check in was early, hotel was attractive, locations was INCREDIBLE in the area for the money we paid. We booked unique and perfect room with a sleeper couch, variety of places to relax, as example.

Extras like climate control, a work desk and a couch bed were appreciated. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Wimpy that was only 15 minutes' walk away. We will be back if the opportunity arises.

No reason to complain about. First of all the staff was just absolutely wonderful and attentive to all our needs. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Even though we did not have supper at the hotel the prices were very reasonable in comparison to other restaurants. I will most definitely return again for a stay at the Knysna Log-Inn Hotel.
We just found that the bar prices were quite expensive.....

The room was tidy with a sleeper couch and terrace, which was nice for me. The breakfast was good, offering chicken or fish, and the staff was friendly. The pool was great and I enjoyed having mixed drinks at the wine bar. The private parking was a plus.

I was completely blown away by the kindness of the staff towards my frail mother. They were always smiling, always patient. And when I requested a feather pillow, it was on my bed in 10 minutes. I was impressed.

We had a reasonably large and airy room with a sleeper couch for a very nice stay. the hotel had a fantastic and amazing location, close to the center, the Waterfront in Knysna, and a shopping mall.
